The inner coating line include pipe taking in table, preheating device, inner wall shot blasting unit(whirlwind separator, powder collecting unit and dust catcher also inside), turning cart, middle platform, spray coating unit, solidifying unit and pipe out table etc. The pneumatic, hydraulic system and full electrical control system also supplied.

Production processing description:

The outer coating finished pipes go to internal coating processing part.

      First take the preheating with hot air to increase the temperature of pipe inner wall. Then the pipe goes to rust removing part by pipe transferring conveyer. The inner wall surface rust removing and blowing clean take place at the working position. The rust removal powders are collected for recycling system. The dust powder will be treated by powder treating unit. The pipe after rust removing and cleaning be sent for inspection and come to next position.

     On the coating position, the spray gun going inside of pipe and moving back slowly with spraying as well. At the same time the pipe keep turning rapidly to get uniform coating layer to be covered on the inner surface of the pipe. The inner coated pipe and get blowing by hot air and take the pollution gas out. After take the inspection the quality of the coating layer, the pipe come to the solidifying room to solid the coating layer at the temperature 40 100 . The solidifying room heated by hot air and with insulation for the room to avoid energy losses.

The finished pipes are marked with hand and send to warehouse.
