This line can produce UPVC pipe products whose max diameter is 630mm. The extruder is equipped with cone twin-screw and parallel twin-screw, vacuum sizing diameter and spray cooling. The traction has various kinds, such as two claws, three claws, four claws and six claws and so on. The cutting machine has two kinds: planet-cutting and ring-cutting; besides, it can be equipped with dust extraction to realize no-litter cutting. The stacking is controller stacking and unloading reversally.
The whole line may be controlled by computer touch screen to realize real automated production.
