     The advanced technologies of stepped extrusion, shearing and milling are adopted in the new type and high-efficient screw of extruder, resulting in good plasticity and high yield.

     Adopting 20rMnTi carburization, gear grinding and hard gear surface and being equipped with oil cooling system has improved the efficiency, lowered the noise and extended its lifetime.

     The fan with large airflow and small noise is controlled by frequency conversion, as leading to stable air pressure and speed.

     The main motor controlled by frequency conversion is high-efficient, consumption and stable.

     Centre feeding and eight spiral flowing channels are adopted in the die head, resulting in more homogeneous products and smaller error.

     The coiling machine adopts big roll friction as to be able to wind big rolls. With the ends of products leveling, central cutting apparatus may be equipped so that varieties of different sizes of rolls may be produced at the same time.

     It is equipped with automatic length counting, alarming and two-side dissecting device.
