     Along with the large demand of the big quantity of containers, especially the requirement of the export low-tension film (HDPE), people request its breadth more and more wide, and the demand are increased fast. But it can not be produced inland which diameter is more than 2000mm.

     Our company have used for reference of the foreign technology and now we have developed the new HD-KF system for producing low-tension wide-film, which have filled up the inland blank in this field.

     This system equipped with high-powered extruder, high-efficiency new type of bucket and screw, new pattern of herringbone plank and stabilizer of froth. Main engine and up-draught are controlled by frequency conversion,circum-gyrated mold use Germanic technology,film molding and convolving are both controlled by gas power. This system has many excellenceadvanced technology,stable capability,high out-put,low cost of energy and others. It is in the lead level of inland and in the advanced states outland.
